CEA Italian Construction is a branch of Cooperativa Edile Artigiana Company, with headquarter in Parma (Emilia Romagna Region) and active allover the Italian territory.
Our company stems from the most ancient Italian building tradition and
currently represent the state-of-the-art of the building industry.
Our experience stretches from the know-how concerning the building techniques
of the most ancient monuments to the specialization in sustainable building
featuring the most efficient plant technologies.
The excellent achievements of the different company divisions -
specializing in civil and industrial building and in the service industry – are
the evidence of the qualities of CEA Italian Construction.
The company has been established by professionals during the
post-war reconstruction period in Italy. Following the
generational change of the end of the Nineties our company is
now headed by managers ranking among the major Italian constructors;
they manage a company whose operating solidity has been consolidated thanks to
dozens of years of experience and a future program for the next twenty years,
aimed at preparing at best the second generational change.
About us
It is worthy to underline the leading role that our organisation plays in the realisation of considerable building works in which several important italian firms have collaborated. Our firm, in the heart of the ANCE (The National Association of Building Constructors, the main trade association with its headquarter in Rome), is playing a promoting role in an important production chain project focusing on the internationalisation of the main small and medium Italian constructing enterprises which are distinguished for their high quality and capacity in the execution of their works.
It is essential to us to remind who we are and what we are able to achieve in
the building industry. We strongly believe that our client has to be able
to assess and ascertain, through concrete actions, our experience.
For this reason, our main strength is based on our ability to train every
member of our staff so as to enable them to provide our client traceability
for every single person in charge of work orders, a fundamental
testing tool which is used exclusively by highly specialized and efficient
firms in the building industry.
The absence of disputes as well as the very low turnover
in human resources holding managerial posts demonstrate to what
extend our method is efficient and our organizational structure is apt to put
in practice our principles.

The development of the manufacturing and service industry in our country was possible due to the fruitful cooperation among several multinational industrial realities, through which the construction process has been tested thanks to requirements of high levels of quality control, workplace safety and economic return, and thus assuring total solidity of constructed buildings.

Since ever for the industrial sectors and now more than ever for civil building, MEP constitutes an exclusive and decisive element.
We have always been doing major investments to improve our knowhow in this sector. At present, either in Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbling plants, we can provide our Client with top quality services.
The true flagship of our work are buildings in both the residential and the industrial sector that are able to self-produce the energy necessary for the heating and the cooling of the premises, thanks to the use of geothermal heat pumps and solar heating.

Although not being our major specialization, we personally take care of works of urbanization, networks and services.
In residential and industrial areas for which we also play the role of implementing parties we take care of the project and construction of buildings destined to house services, such as social centers, trade centers and services for people.
We also boast a division devoted to restoration and conservation given the Italian immense artistic heritage.
For our skilled staff and, more in general, for our organization, it represents a research laboratory where to test systematically and constantly new products and new state-of-the-art techniques for the treatment of materials.

Project financing has been booming during the last years.
Traditional company divisions have been supported by field experts, to plan and develop long term construction and management projects.
In these works we have become project partners, sponsors and managers together with banks and public entities in initiatives representing the excellence in their sector and whose quality can be easily ascertained since they are open to the public.
We have been working in a wide range of sectors: trade centers, wellness centers, sport centers, hospital care centers, and logistic centers have been true challenges as far as project and construction are concerned, we have accepted these challenges and it has been a success for all stakeholders.
Our firm is one of the first Italian companies to have realised buildings according to the Social Housing concept which is financed by private and public funds and responding to high quality standards. The management of the project is assigned to an ad hoc organisation.

Safety and health at work
Such organization was created on purpose not only to satisfy the ever more demanding requests of the Clients as to safety but also in order to identify third parties being able to intervene at any moment to supervise and control the operating sector.
Staff training is carried out on a regular basis through the organization of precisely scheduled courses for the installation of scaffoldings, operation of yard cranes, hydraulic auto cranes, work vehicles, welder licenses, first aid and all courses required for our works.
Our international team
CEA Italian Construction has established an international team composed of qualified
personnel with several years of experience in the Middle East and language
skills including Arabic language.
This will ensure a better interaction with our Saudi partners and potential
partners in other countries in the MENA Region.
Financial instruments
The company is able to obtain either direct or indirect international guarantees (for example, Bid/Advance/performance bonds, etc.) upon a financial institution’s evaluation of the business operations in terms of amount, duration and text content. Moreover, we are able to establish, through our financial institutions, other foreign correspondent relationships with several other banks in KSA. Therefore, it is possible to evaluate possible different demands coming from a foreign counterpart.
